Creative Little Hands Store Policies
At Creative Little Hands, we create fun, creative, and memorable products for celebrations, events, organizations, and special occasions. Because many of our products are made specifically for each customer, please review our policies before placing an order.
1. Custom Orders
Many Creative Little Hands products are made-to-order and customized specifically for your event.
Please carefully review your order details, including:
- Names and spelling
- Dates
- Colors
- Themes
- Quantities
- Sizes
- Personalized wording
Once a custom order has entered production, changes may not be possible.
Creative Little Hands is not responsible for customer-approved spelling, wording, dates, or other personalization errors.
2. Order Lead Time
We recommend placing orders as early as possible, especially for large events, holidays, birthdays, weddings, school events, and nonprofit/community events.
Standard orders typically require 7–21 business days for production, depending on the size and complexity of the order.
Large or highly customized orders may require additional production time.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee depending on our current schedule. Please contact us before placing a rush order.
3. Deposits & Payment
Orders must be paid in full before production begins unless a different payment arrangement has been approved in writing.
For larger custom orders, Creative Little Hands may require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your production date, with the remaining balance due before the order is completed or delivered.
Your order is not considered officially scheduled until the required payment has been received.
4. Cancellations
Because custom products are created specifically for each customer, cancellations may be limited.
Orders that have already entered production may not be eligible for a refund.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Any eligible refund will depend on whether materials have already been purchased or production has begun.
Deposits for custom orders are generally non-refundable.
5. Refunds & Returns
Because many Creative Little Hands products are personalized or made specifically for each event, custom and personalized products are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please provide photographs of the issue so that we can review it and determine the appropriate resolution.
If the issue is caused by Creative Little Hands, we may offer a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
6. Damaged Packages
Creative Little Hands carefully packages orders before shipment or delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and damaged items and contact us within 48 hours.
We will work with you to determine the best solution.
7. Shipping
Shipping times are separate from our production times.
Creative Little Hands is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect address was provided.
8. Local Pickup & Delivery
Local pickup and delivery may be available depending on your location and order size.
Customers selecting pickup will receive instructions regarding the available pickup date and location.
Orders must be picked up within the agreed-upon timeframe unless another arrangement has been made.
Local delivery fees may apply based on distance.
9. Event Orders
For event orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate event information, including the event date, delivery/pickup requirements, quantity needed, and any special instructions. We will contact you directly to discuss design before beginning production.
We recommend ordering early to allow enough time for production and unexpected circumstances.
Creative Little Hands cannot guarantee last-minute orders unless the order has been specifically accepted as a rush order.
10. Food & Snack Items
Some Creative Little Hands products may include packaged snacks or other food-related items.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information when applicable.
Creative Little Hands should be notified of known allergies or dietary restrictions before an order is placed.
Because food products may be prepared or packaged in environments where common allergens are present, we cannot guarantee that products are completely free from allergens.
11. Children's Activity & Craft Products
Our children's activity products are designed to encourage creativity and hands-on fun.
Adult supervision is recommended for young children, particularly when products contain small pieces, craft materials, tools, paints, clay, or other items that may present a choking or safety hazard.
Creative Little Hands is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use, lack of supervision, or failure to follow included instructions.
12. Product Appearance
Because many of our products are handmade or individually assembled, slight variations in color, placement, texture, or appearance may occur.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on the customer's screen or device.
These minor variations are part of the handmade/custom nature of our products and are not considered defects.
13. Photos & Design Approval
For highly customized orders, Creative Little Hands may provide a digital proof for customer approval before production.
Once a proof has been approved, changes may require an additional fee or may not be possible if production has already begun.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing proofs before approving them.
14. Intellectual Property
Customers may request themes, colors, characters, logos, or designs for their events.
Creative Little Hands reserves the right to decline requests that infringe upon another person's or company's intellectual property rights.
Customer-provided logos, photographs, names, and other materials must be submitted by customers who have permission to use them.
15. Nonprofit & Community Partnerships
Creative Little Hands proudly supports organizations, nonprofits, schools, community programs, and events that invest in children, families, education, creativity, and the future of our communities.
Special pricing, sponsorships, donations, or partnership opportunities may be available for qualifying organizations depending on availability and the nature of the event.

16. Customer Communication
Please make sure the contact information provided with your order is accurate.
Creative Little Hands may contact customers regarding:
- Order confirmations
- Customization details
- Proof approvals
- Payment
- Production questions
- Pickup or delivery
- Shipping
- Event details
Failure to respond to necessary order communications may delay production.
17. Order Quantities
For large orders, Creative Little Hands may establish minimum quantities for certain products.
Bulk pricing may be available for larger orders.
Please contact us for custom quotes for schools, churches, nonprofits, businesses, weddings, festivals, parties, and other large events.
18. Right to Refuse an Order
Creative Little Hands reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including orders involving inappropriate, offensive, illegal, discriminatory, or unsafe content.
If an order is cancelled by Creative Little Hands before production begins, any eligible payment will be refunded.
19. Policy Changes
Creative Little Hands reserves the right to update these policies as the business grows.
The policies in effect at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order.
